Freedom of movement has been achieved by varying the fill layers in different parts of the Pourpoint gambeson .
All fabric layers are quilted together. The pourpoint is fastened with a row of buttons. The standard version has no attachments for armour parts and is made of natural linen. By special request it can be made of brocade silk like in the picture.
