A historical tent with a spoke structure. Also called a pavilion – umbrella type. Popular in the Middle Ages for knights. Made of thick linen.

A historical tent with a structure based on a main pile and a wheel with spokes spanning the roof.

Such tents were commonly used in the Middle Ages, by knights and traveling armies.

The height of the tent is 3.7 meters, so the main pile is divided into two sections.

The length of the longest element in the transport is 2.1 meters, while the diameter of the tent measured at the ground is 4 meters.

As standard, it is made of thick linen fabric with a weight of 540 gr/m2.

A good quality linen fabric will not get wet even in a long rain. Optionally, you can use linen impregnated with anti-decay and water repellent for extra protection.

We use hardwood for the frame.

– tent sheet – roof and walls in two parts,

– wood frame,

– A set of wooden tent pegs,

– mainlines,

– decorative roof finial,

– carry bags.

Optional

– steel herrings – hand-forged,

– A set of ropes and storm pegs to further protect the tent from the wind.
