Large Hood with decorative fringes – Woollen

A large woolen hood, pulled over the head and falling low on the shoulders. It is a perfect complement to historical attire thanks to its decorative edge and is an great protection against cold. The hood is designed on the basis of historical patterns used in the Middle Ages and later centuries. In the Middle Ages, wool hoods often had a lining with a contrasting color, which could make the look more original.

• As a standard, we sew it from a woolen cloth with a linen lining. For better insulation, the lining can also be made of wool.

  Like all our clothing it can be hand or machine stiched. However, we always follow the principle to finish visible elements manually.
