Medieval shirt is one of the basic garments of every reenactor. The cut of M1 shirt is simple, there is a U shaped cut next to the collar and sleeves are slightly narrowed. This design was popular through a long period of time.

  • Standard version of medieval shirt is sewn from linen of denisty: 180 g/m2, in natural colour.
  • White linen and different fabrics are available on request.
  • In case you need larger sizes than standard ones, we sew up to your measure which costs 15% extra.

It is natural colour of line which is historically correct. Don’t be fooled by medieval painting depicting snow-white underwear worn by peasant and worst rascals, because natural linen will get lighter over time. Especially when exposed to sunlight. It is advised to look at iconography with cautiousness and deeper understanding.

Like all our clothing the medieval shirt can be hand or machine stiched. However, we always follow the principle to finish visible elements manually.
