15th century arming cloth worn mainly under plate armor. It also served as standalone armor. The gambeson is made up of three layers:

Lining – linen

This gambeson is traditionally made using medieval iconography and as such it has been developed to be practical in battle. It was especially popular in late 15th century. It provides excellent freedom of movement as well as a high level of protection.
Freedom of movement has been achieved by varying the  layers of padding in different parts of the garment. Thus, the trunk has six layers, the sleeves and collar have four layers and the arms have eight layers. The high collar gives extra neck protection. All fabric layers are stitched together. The gambeson has five pairs of holes at the front which can be used for threading points when fastening. It weighs approximately 3kg. The standard version has no attachements for armour parts. By special request it can be made to be fastened with five bronze buckles.
