Canvas is a thick linen fabric of denisty: 540g/m2. Good quality linen fabric will not soak even during prolonged, heavy rain. There is also an option to use impregnated linen as the base material, making the tent highly hydrophobic.
A tent used by N.C.O. in European armies in 18th century. Similar constructions have already been used by Roman legions.
Dimensions: 2,7m wide, 2,1m high and 2,85m long.
