Standard version is sewn of natural colour linen with a of denisty: 180 g/m2. White linen as well as other colours and fabrics are available on request.

Natural colour of linen is historically correct. On the paintings you can see white linen  mostly on nobles.

Nevertheless, don’t be fooled by a medieval painting depicting snow-white underwear worn by peasants and worst rascals, because natural linen will get lighter over time. Especially when exposed to direct sunlight.

It is advised to look at iconography with cautiousness and deeper understanding.
