Hose – Type 2

Hose tied to a doublet with strings.

Made of wool cut from a slant so that they enfold the leg better.

The leg is sewn from one piece of material and finished with a stirrup or full foot.

The hose often had a lining, which was important for hygiene reasons as well as strengthening their construction, this however makes the hose a tad less tight fitting.

Clothing available in standard sizes, as well as tailor made.

However, for the hose to be well fitting to the legs, sewing is should  be made to measure which is quite a complicated process when ordering online.

Like all our dresses, it can be entirely hand or machine stiched.

Still, however, as a principle all visible elements are finished manually.
