Battle Tunic

Arming cloth worn under chain mail, sometimes it was the only body protection. Especially good for reenactors of Vikings and Slavs.

Tunic is made up of three layers:

• Outer layer – linen or leather
• Filling – 100% cotton or wool (optional)
• Lining – linen

It is traditionally styled using medieval iconography and has also been developed to be practical in battle. It provides excellent freedom of movement as well as a high level of protection. The gambeson weighs approximately 2kg. The standard version has no holders for armour parts.
